For Clinicians & Providers

Learn ketamine therapy
where it's actually
practiced.

The ReNew Wellness Ketamine Therapy Provider Mentoring Program gives you hands-on clinical training, practice-ready systems, and the operational know-how to open or expand your practice with confidence.

"From your first ketamine patient to the systems that will sustain your practice long-term."

ReNew Wellness Mentoring

Built by clinicians who run a
real, working clinic.

"We bring both the clinical depth and the operational expertise it takes to run a thriving integrative psychiatry practice."

ReNew Wellness was founded by Kamee Witts, PMHNP-BC, and Melissa German, our COO and co-founder. Kamee brings seven years of hands-on ketamine experience, running IV infusions, IM ketamine, lozenge protocols, Spravato, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, and has spent the past three years mentoring clinicians in all of these modalities.

Melissa leads our business operations and brings a systems-level perspective that helps mentees think not just about patient care, but about building a practice that actually runs well.

Our mentoring program was designed with one goal in mind: to give you the clinical knowledge, hands-on experience, operational systems, and practice-ready documentation you need to open or expand with confidence. We keep our cohorts small and intentional, and availability is limited.
